About us
IM Total Construction started with a simple idea: smaller teams, direct communication, and a genuine commitment to finishing what we start on time and on budget.
Every project we take on, we build as if it were our own home — whether it's a weekend patio or a hospital extension.
Why choose us
-
Expertise
Hands-on experience across cladding, facade systems, interiors and full builds. Every project is led by tradespeople who know the craft inside out — not subcontracted out to the lowest bidder.
-
Quality Assurance
We don't cut corners, even where no one's looking. Every stage is checked against building regulations and our own standards before we move to the next.
-
Customer Focus
Clear communication from quote to completion — you'll always know what's happening, what it costs, and when it's done. No surprises, no vanishing contractors.
-
Timely Delivery
We plan realistically and stick to it. If something changes, you hear about it early — not the day the deadline was supposed to pass.
